TEMPE, Ariz. — Global Maternal Wellness (GMW) is proud to announce the launch of its Family Readiness Program, created to support military families and the Tempe community. This program, hosted at Tempe Public Library (3500 S. Rural Road, Tempe, AZ 85282), is made possible through a grant from Tempe Diablos Charities.
The free workshops are open to the public, with priority for Tempe residents and military families. The workshops are scheduled for Saturdays, October 5, October 19, November 2, and November 16 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. A light lunch will be provided.
Topics covered include family planning, women’s and men’s health, mental health, and wellbeing. Attendees can join all or select workshops. The program encourages healthy family development, supports mental health, and promotes overall wellbeing.
