Flagstaff, AZ – The Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services is now accepting applications for residents at the newly opened Arizona State Veteran Home in Flagstaff. Veterans and their eligible dependents are encouraged to apply for residency at this state-of-the-art facility.
Arizona State Veteran Homes are Medicare-certified skilled nursing care facilities, designed to meet the long-term care and rehabilitative needs of Veterans. Residents at these homes benefit from a vibrant, social, and independent lifestyle supported by compassionate staff. Each home offers a variety of amenities, including planned social outings, free Wi-Fi and cable, an on-site movie theater, and more.
To qualify for admission, applicants must be honorably-separated Veterans or spouses of Veterans. A physician must confirm the applicant’s need for skilled nursing care, and medical documentation confirming the absence of tuberculosis is required.
